How long does delivery take?
We ship pan-India through reliable delivery partners. Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer returns and refunds on damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. You can read the full policy on our Refund & Returns page.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Are your products really chemical-free?
Absolutely. Our Bilona Desi Ghee is hand-churned from pure desi cow curd with no additives. Our Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil is cold-pressed in a wooden Kolhu with zero chemical solvents or preservatives. Every batch is checked under our direct supervision before packaging.
